TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.
That last detail matters. It suggests the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.
Market coverage: FX, indices, metals, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform that is a few months old, the breadth is not narrow.
The Software
You get: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from the same login. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Having both is useful. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the more modern one. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.
FIX API is there for bots but needs the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is apparently in the works. That would make the platform set when it arrives.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Suits beginners.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.
VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Skip it unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
The speed is where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers run hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you scalp, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is something about priorities.
Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the total package holds up. Hardly anyone in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.
Safety
Now, the thing that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
However. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not guarantee anything. It should be part of how you think about it.
The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense comes down to your priorities.

Tab Trade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You put money in, TabTrade credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before funding.
